Meanwhile, the industry itself is experiencing dynamic changes: reform, transformation, innovation, value-added services, etc. The telecommunications technology evolution also change rapidly, from analog signals to the GSM (2G), to the 3G, now is about to enter the 4G era. Compared with the rapid development of communication technology, infrastructure engineering will experience a few generation communication technology changes, due to its own construction rule restriction, in its design life cycle. If we can not deal with the relationship of infrastructure projects in the planning and construction, improving the management level, then the project will become the restriction operator industry development of a capacity of short board. The infrastructure projects of telecommunication operator have its characteristics. For example, architecture and network equipment technology need to be highly mixed, and the buildings are more professional and power-wanted. In this paper, we take three major telecommunication operators in Guangdong as the research object. We combined with its infrastructure projects` characteristics as above, analysis the operators’ infrastructure project management planning, design, construction and other stages of the whole process, which is on the purpose of researching the infrastructure project management of the telecommunication enterprise.
