内容摘要:随着近几年来我国外贸顺差大幅度增长，本文对外贸顺差的发展情况进行了简要的分析。通过分析我国外贸顺差和加工贸易的现状、发展特点，去探索我国加工贸易及其转型对贸易顺差的影响内容和影响路径。通过本文的研究发现，由于经济环境、政策、劳动力价格等因素，在我国外贸顺差波动上升的发展过程中，我国的加工贸易占据国家外贸进出口总额的一半以上，是形成我国贸易顺差的主导因素。 本文在分析我国外贸顺差的发展状况及影响机制的基础上，通过构建计量模型对研究结果进行了实证分析，最终对我国贸易顺差提出了以下建议：发挥政府的宏观调控的职能，完善对外贸易政策，逐步优化我国商品结构，转变贸易增长方式；实行优惠政策、拓展进口渠道、改善进口环境，适当扩大进口。通过财政政策、货币政策和分配政策扩大内需，提升国内的消费能力等。 关键词：外贸顺差；加工贸易；经济环境；贸易政策 Abstract:With the substantial growth in recent years, Chinas trade surplus.The Thesis make a brief analysis to the development of trade surplus. By analyzing the current situation and Chinas foreign trade surplus in processing trade, development characteristics to explore the impact of the transformation of Chinas processing trade and its trade surplus with the content and implications of the path. Through this study, due to the economic environment factors, policies, and other labor costs, Chinas processing trade accounted for more than half of the countrys total import and export trade and become the dominant factor in the formation of trade surplus. The thesis analyzes the development of Chinas trade surplus and the impact mechanism, by constructing econometric model to study the results of the empirical analysis, finally makes the following recommendations: functioning governments duty of macro-control, improve the foreign trade policy, transformation trade growth mode in our country; implement preferential policies, expand import channels, expand the imports properly; expand domestic demand through fiscal policy, monetary policy and distribution policy, and enhance the ability of domestic consumption.
