中文摘要摘要：随着地铁列车运行速度的提高，对列车可靠性、安全性也提出了更高的要 中文摘要 摘要：随着地铁列车运行速度的提高，对列车可靠性、安全性也提出了更高的要 求，而列车故障诊断系统是保证列车安全运行的重要组成部分。论文以“广州地 铁1号线国产化改造’’为背景，在深入了解列车原理、结构的基础上，对地铁列 车故障诊断的特点、理论、方法与实现技术进行了系统的研究，着重探讨和研究 了1号线列车的故障诊断逻辑和列车故障的综合评估。 广州地铁l号线列车的故障诊断逻辑是以功能图的形式给出，论文分析了故 障诊断系统逻辑功能图中的各个功能模块的作用，阐述了故障产生的逻辑机理。 并以具体的逻辑功能图为例，做出了故障诊断的综合分析。将信号结构体和诊断 逻辑图相结合，初步建立了l号线列车的故障诊断模型。 在列车发生多个部件故障时，论文采用了模糊综合评判方法来评判列车系统 故障的严重程度。首先通过层次分析法确定出部件因素的权重，然后通过模糊综 合评判的多层次评判模型得出各部件故障对列车运行的影响情况，实现了列车故 障的综合评估。 针对列车故障记录维护和管理的实际问题，编制了地铁列车故障记录管理软 件。软件以数据导入、数据查询、记录分析、记录统计四个主要模块基本实现了 对故障记录的管理。 关键词：故障诊断；诊断逻辑；逻辑功能图；模糊综合评判；故障等级评估 分类号： ABSTRACTABSTRACT：As ABSTRACT ABSTRACT：As the metro trains’speed increasing,a higher requirement for trains’ reliability and security has been put forward．The aim of the fault diagnosis system which plays an important role in the metro train is to guarantee that trains Can run safely with hi．gh speed．This paper which takes the projeet“Localization of Guangzhou Metro Line 1”as the research background does a deep study on the features，theories，methods and realizations of fault diagnosis technology after the research of the metro train’S structure and theory．The paper puts the emphasis on the study of the diagnosis logic and the comprehensive evaluation of the metro train fault． The fault disagnosis logic of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 is represented by the logical functional diagram．Taking the concrete logical functional diagrams as examples，the paper presents a detailed analysis of the role of each function module in the logical function diagram，expounds the logical mechanism of faults processing and makes a comprehensive analysis of the fault diagnosis system．The fault diagnosis model of Metro line 1 rolling stock is initially established by combing the signal syntagma and the diagnosis logical diagram． When faults with many parts in train occur,fuzzy comprehensive method is presented to evaluate the faults’graveness degree in the train in this paper．Firstly the AHP is used to determine the weight of th
