中文摘要改革开放以来，中国进入了快速城市化时期，城市规模不断扩大，随着城市 中文摘要 改革开放以来，中国进入了快速城市化时期，城市规模不断扩大，随着城市 用地的扩展，越来越多的原先在城市边缘近郊的农村地域被纳入城区范围而形成 了一种独特的地域现象——“城中村”。城中村问题本质上是城市与乡村的冲突 和融合问题，是我国城市化过程中，因长期实行城乡二元化管理制度而产生的特 有社会现象。 贵阳市自90年代中后期以来，城市经济持续较快发展，城市建设用地不断 扩展，城市周边村寨不断被建成区所包围，但由于未能及时的消化吸纳，贵阳市 城中村数量越来越多，城中村问题日益严重，极大影响到贵阳市农村城市化及城 市现代化的健康发展。对其采取合理有效的制度引导和规划控制已是势在必行。 本文以贵阳市中心城区城中村问题为研究对象，首先结合贵阳市的经济地理 特征，对贵阳市城中村的形成及其现状进行了一般性研究，着重对贵阳市城中村 存在问题的特异性进行了分析，并据此对贵阳市城中村的类型进行了分析概括； 其次，结合城中村改造的相关理论，对城中村物质形态与非物质形态的改造进行 了分析研究，并着重对城中村物质形态改造的方式及操作模式进行了重点研究； 最后，结合以上研究成果，针对贵阳市城中村改造规划进行了分析思考之后，提 出了贵阳市城中村改造的对策建议。 关键词： 城市化；城中村；改造；贵阳市 ABSTRACTSince ABSTRACT Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,China have entered a fast development period of urbanization,and the city scale extends continuously．With the uninterrupted expanding of the city proper,more and mole rural aleas of urban fringe have been encircled by the urban areas，and a kind of special region phenomenon-villages within urban have been formed．The essenc圮of the villages within urban is the conflict and the fusion bctwedl the urban and rural and it is the peculiar social phenomena in the course of urbanization due to the long-term practiced dual social management system in China． Since the late 90，the economy of Gui Yang have been experiencing a rapid development,and the city eonstxuetion area have expanded continuously．As a result, the peripheral villages have been surro眦ded by the city proper．since these villages have not been digested and absorbed promptly,the quantity ofvillages within urban in Gui Yang have increased rapidly．In view of the serious influence caused by the villages within urban to the healthy development of urbanization翻记modernization of GUl Yang,it’s necessarry to adopt the reasonable and valid system leading and the programming contr01． This paper takes the villages within urban in the center city proper of GuiYang嬲 a object of study．Combining the economic and geographic characteristic of GUl Yang Citie，the paper firstly
