PAGE 昆明市旅游发展存在的问题及对策 摘 要：自从中国成立以来，特别是改革开放后，昆明市的旅游发展一直稳步提升，并且一度占据整个昆明市经济的重大部分。但是近年来却面临发展危机，政府在政策上的不重视，旅游景区缺乏专业的人才，传统旅游产业受到新兴旅游产业的冲击等问题越发突出。引发了对昆明市旅游发展的新思考：首先政府对此必须要重视起来，完善相关配套设施；其次是旅游景区要加大对专业人才的培养及投入力度；再者，对传统旅游产业的进行转型提升，从而适应现今及将来的旅游市场。 关键词：昆明市；旅游资源；旅游发展；发展现状与问题；对策 Problems and Countermeasures of Kunming city?tourism development Abstract：Since Chinese since its establishment, especially after the reform and opening up. the development of tourism in Kunming city has been steadily increasing and once occupied the major part of the economy of Kunming city.
