The development of smart phones makes people more and more demand for mobile applications. People also need a service for the elderly application software, therefore, an Android platform based on the elderly fall detection system is necessary. The system is designed and developed through the advantages of the Android platform. The system includes login registration, follow the positioning, contact add, emergency contact settings, fall detection and other functions to meet the needs of the elderly. The old people fall test system design follows the standard development process, first carries on the demand analysis, determines the system function, then carries on the procedure writing, the function test, is the system more perfect. The system also uses Android to provide a variety of components on the interface design, a good support for the user experience.
