Methods: Plain MR Scannin and MR cholan iopancreato raphy ( MRCP) were performed in 33 patients with hilar biliary obstruction, of which 24 cases underwent additional dy- namic contrast-enhanced MRI and three dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MR an io raphy ( 3D-DCE-MRA) . Results: 33 cases with hilar lesions included hilar cholan iocarcinoma ( HC n= 17) , inflammatory biliary stenosis( n= 4) , secondary mali nancy ( n= 8) , biliary stone ( n= 2) , and laparoscopic cholecystectomy complication( n= 2) .
