现代医院核医学科建筑的规划与设计研究.doc

ABSTRACT ABSTRACT 摘要 摘要 ? ? iii 摘要 I 核医学科是医院医技部的一个重要的科室，随着科技和经济水平的发展，其重要性越来 越多的凸显出来。笔者从参与的几个医院建筑设计的经历中发现，核医学科的建筑设计是医 院建筑设计理论中较为薄弱的一部分，从走访调研的几家医院核医学科和综合分析的几个核 医学科建筑设计的案例中也发现了许多使用和设计问题。所以本论文研究旨在针对性地完成 对核医学科建筑设计的研究,从而指导现有核医学科建筑的改造使之更加符合辐射防护的要 求、医患使用的要求以及舒适的要求，为新建和改扩建核医学科的建筑设计提供有益的设计 策略。 论文主要是运用文献阅读、实地调研和实例分析等研宄方法。笔者把实地调研和案例分 析所发现的所有问题总结归类，分别阐述，作为下一步研究的基础。研究从核医学科的前期 规划开始，前期规划主要包括了其选址的确定和规模的确定。前期规划奠定了核医学科的辐 射防护基础，决定了与各部门的联系是否通畅，决定了科室的物流是否合理，也部分决定了 核医学科的未来发展。前期的规划定位之后便是研究具体的核医学科建筑设计。此处也针对 笔者在前提调研时发现的问题进行的，从最为重要的辐射防护设计再到功能空间设计，还涉 及了核医学科的人性化设计，从心理和生理的角度提出对患者和医护工作者的关怀。核医学 科建筑设计的适应性研宄基本解决了目前核医学科使用中遇到的问题,提出了适应现今发展 的设计策略，希望给建筑师一些有益的帮助。 关键词：核医学科、规划定位、建筑设计 ABSTRACT Department of nuclear medicine is a very important department in hospital. With the development of technological and economic, the department of nuclear medicine is beccming more and more important than ever. From several experiences of hospital designing, I found the weaioiess of the designing theory of the department of nuclear medicine. In order to found the problems which were now existing, I visited several hospitals in Beijing and analysis several hospital design in the same time. After that, I found so many problems including design fwoblems and using problems. Therefore, this study is target to complete the architectural design of nuclear medicine department to guide the construction of the transfcntnation of nuclear medicine department and to make it more consistent and comfortable few' the patients and doctors, fwovide useful design strategies for the new and expanded nuclear medicine departments. I wrote the thesis by reading literature, field research and case analysis and so on. I put the problems which found during field research and case analysis classified according to different hospitals，and finally sum up all the problems as the basis fiw* the research.
