PAGE I 摘 要 我的毕业设计题目是：泵盖钻孔组合机床设计 组合机床是以通用部件为基础，配以少量的专用部件，对一种或若干种工件按预先确定的工序进行加工的机床。设计过程包括被加工零件的工艺分析，机床配置形式的选择，切削用量的确定，刀具的选择，组合机床的总体设计，多轴箱齿轮的排布。此外，我还绘制了4张图纸，分别为工序图，加工示意图，机床联系尺寸图，多轴箱图，还有一张生产率计算卡。 我本次设计的重点是多轴箱的设计，多轴箱是组合机床的重要组成部分，它是选用通用部件，按专业要求设计的，其用于布置机床工作主轴及其传动零件和相应的附加结构的，它通用按一定速度比排布传动齿轮，把动力以动力部件—动力头、动力箱、电动机等、传递给各个工作主轴，使其获得所要求的转速和转向等。在总体的设计过程中，对机床的夹具方案也有所考虑，选择合理的定位方式，保证工件位置正确且装卸方便，且保证夹具结构简单成本低，从而体现组合机床自动化程度高，生产效率高，产品质量稳定，劳动强度低，结构稳定，工作可靠，使用和维修方便等特点。 关键词：组合机床 工艺方案 生产率 多轴箱  Title: Borehole Pump Cover Combination Machine Bed Design Abstract My topic of design project for graduation is:Borehole Pump cover combination machine bed design.The aggregate machine-tool is take the general part as a found,mathches by the few special-purpose parts,according to the working-prcedure which determined in adcance carries on the processing to one kind of or certain kind of work pieces the engine bed. the design process including is processed the components the craft analysis,the engine bed configuration form choice,the cutting specifications deter min at on,the cutting tool choice,the aggregate machine-tool system design,the jig design,many gears distribution.In add it on,I have also drawn up 4 blue prints,respectively be drill hole working procedure chart,processing schematic drawing ,engine bed relation dimensional drawing,jig chart,many gears row of butut,but also some productivity computation card. My this design key point is the Multi-axle box.Combination of multi-axle box is an important componet of the machine,it is the choice of generic components,according to special requirements of design,and its work for the machine tool spindle arrangement and transmission parts and the corresponding additional structure,which GM row faster than a certain cloth gear,the driving force to power parts-head,power boxes,motors and so on,all work delivered to the spindle so that it as required,such as speed and steering.In totally design process,have the consideration to the tongs project of
