2016年第2期 混凝 土 与水 泥制 品 2016No.2 2月 CHINA CONCRETE AND CEMENT PRODUCTS February 预制构件用钢铁渣粉混凝土配合比试验研究 1 2 2 3 林茂松 ,潘 平 ,余晓红 ,朱永明 (1.上海市建筑科学研究院,200032；2.上海市浦东新区建设工程安全质量监督站,200122； 3.上海住总工程材料有限公司,200063) 摘 要：通过正交试验,研究了胶凝材料用量、钢铁渣粉掺量、外加剂掺量和砂率对混凝土性能的影响。 结果表 明,钢铁渣粉的掺入会延长混凝土凝结时间和降低早期强度,但对后期强度影响不大,可通过适当提高胶凝材料用 量、 外加剂掺量和砂率进行优化, 当胶凝材料用量为340kg/m、370kg/m , 钢铁渣粉掺量为20%, 外加剂掺量为3 3 0.6%,砂率为40%时,混凝土工作性能和力学性能均满足PC构件生产要求,可为预制构件中钢铁渣粉的大规模推 广应用提供技术支撑。 关键词：钢铁渣粉；预制构件；配合比 Abstract:Through orthogonalexperiments,the influenceofcementitiouscontent, steelslagpowder dosage,admixture content and sandratio on properties of concrete is studied.The results showthat, adding steel slagpowder can extend the setting time of concrete and decrease early strength of concrete,which has little influence on late strength of concrete, the optimization is carried out by increasing amount of cementitious materials, admixture dosage and sand rate, when amount of the cementitious materials is 340kg/m and 370kg/m, the dosage of steel slag powder is 20%, the dosage of admixture3 3 is0.6%, andsandratiois40%, theworkability andmechanical performanceofconcrete canmeetthe production require- ment ofprefabricate concrete,which can provide technical supportfor large-scale application of steel slagpowder in pre- fabricated components.
