会计学专业2011届本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE （20** 届） 本 科 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 中小企业内部控制的现状分析及对策 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 PAGE PAGE II 摘 要：随着社会经济的不断发展，企业之间的竞争不断加剧，内部控制已经发展到了企业经营管理的各个领域，并逐步成为了现代企业管理的重要手段。健全企业内部会控制制度是企业生存发展的核心工作之一。企业管理实践表明，企业的一切管理工作都是从建立健全内部控制开始的，内部控制的质量直接影响了企业经营活动的效率和企业价值的提升。完善企业内部控制制度能够提高企业管理水平，是企业在市场竞争中不断开拓发展的重要保障。然而中小企业的内部控制现状堪忧，针对内部控制实际问题，思考内部控制建设强化路径，是每个中小企业探寻可持续发展方法必须之举。 本文以内部控制理论的发展演变入手，阐述了内部控制的概念，分析了当前中小企业内部控制的现状，并针对存在的问题提出了改进建议。 关键词：内部控制；中小企业；问题；措施 Abstract：As social and economic progress, enterprises of increasing competition, internal control have to corporate management of the various fields, and gradually become the important means of the modern enterprise management. Management experience has shown that all business management is to establish a sound internal control, the quality of internal control directly affects the efficiency of business and corporate value of promotion.
