PAGE PAGE 1 机油压力警示系统设计 摘 要： 机油在农业、工业机械中有着不可取代的作用。不仅仅起到了润滑减磨，冷却降温，清洗清洁，密封防漏，防锈防蚀，减震缓冲，使机械正常工作、顺利运作，也有效的起到了保护机体的作用。但是，在现实使用中，常常因为不恰当使用机油，疏忽检查机油剩余量，导致机油过少，或者干枯，会对机体造成巨大伤害。 在此，介绍一种经济实用的机油压力警示器，希望解决在机械运作中因机油压力过低，未能及时发现，造成损失的现象。该设计当机油压力低于规定的值时，机油压力传感器闭合，接通报警灯电路，报警灯发亮。首先通过机油感应开关，控制电路回路，继而向继电器送电，接通熄火电磁阀。同时接通蜂鸣器合报警灯。对驾驶员提供视觉合听觉俩方面提示，另外自动熄火实施对机器及时的保护。作用是，检测发动机润滑油的压力，当低于规定值时，使报警灯发亮。 组成包括，机油压力报警传感器和报警灯。该系统功耗低、性能可靠、可扩展性强、有着广阔的市场需求。 关键词： 机油压力 机油压力报警传感器 电磁阀报警 电路调试 Oil pressure warning system design Translation： Oil in the agricultural, industrial machinery, has an irreplaceable role.
