住宅节能探讨 PAGE - PAGE 21 - 成都理工大学工程技术学院毕业论文 住宅节能探讨 作者姓名： 专业名称：建筑经济管理 指导教师： 摘要 建筑是用能大户，建筑节能是发展建筑业的需要。据调查显示建筑能耗占社会能耗的比重很大，我国住宅能耗是同类气候地区发达国家的3倍左右，而且现有建筑中95%达不到节能标准，新建建筑达到节能标准的仅不足20%。随着我国新的节能标准为确保实现节能50%的目标的实施，节能成为我国住宅建设的当务之急。建筑节能就是采取保温、隔热、密封等措施，让建筑在使用过程中减少对煤、电等能源的消耗，节能设计要有利于施工和围护，尽量应用节能技术措施，最大限度减少建筑物能耗量，以获得理想建筑节能效果。本论文首先概述了节能住宅发展状况和节能的意义，分析了住宅建筑能耗构成和节能途径，然后以当前国际流行的节能设计理念和技术方法，介绍了包含节能途径与措施、节能的具体体现、节能材料的选择、节能设计、绿色节能建材发展等与住宅节能密切相关的技术内容和相关措施。 关键词：住宅节能 技术及工艺 节能要求 Abstract The building is used to big, building energy conservation is the development requirement of building industry.
