基于“三验”的三循环应用创新模式
—— 智能城市应用创新中心的探索与实践

摘要： 技术进步与应用创新的“双螺旋”互动催生了以用户为中心、需求为引导的基于“三验”的三循环应用
创新模式。从创新理论源起发展以及创新双螺旋作用下的创新生态的角度对第一代创新及第二代创新的理
论及模式进行了初步探索，并结合应用创新过程存在着3 个相互作用又相对独立的循环：需求循环、技术循
环、解决方案循环，开展了AIP 智能城市应用创新中心的建设应用实践，总结了三循环应用创新模式的用户
体验的核心，以及应用创新中心的实践经验。

3 cycles application innovation model based on 3 yan :exploration and
practice of the AIP smartapplications innovation center

Abstract ：The double helix structure of technology development and application innovation results in the 3-cycle
application innovation model based on experience ，time and examination. This paper conducts an elementary study on
both the first innovation patterns and the second innovation patterns from the perspective of innovation theory
development and innovation eco-system fostered by double helix structure dynamics. We also discuss the three
interactional and independent cycles in application innovation: demand cycle ，technology cycle ，and solution cycle.
Based on the exploration，we establish The AIP Applications Innovation Center of Smart City. The common and intrinsic
characteristics of 3-cycle application innovation pattern and the practical experience are also explored.
