构建中日韩自由贸易区：现状、挑战及对策 摘 要 这些年来，中日韩自贸区在发展上取得了一定的成绩。作为亚洲地区甚至是全球性的主要经济体，区域性的发展建设和促进整个亚洲地区的经济发展已经成为亚洲地区各个主要国家必须要不断努力的方面。区域经济的发展与建设需要各个国家之间不断提高经贸合作的密切程度，这样才能拥有实力同世界性的经济体形成一定的制衡并且能够与之一起和谐发展，由此帮助亚洲地区经济茁壮平稳的成长与进步。同时构建中国、日本、韩国三个国家的自贸区的影响因素包括：三个国家内部出现的问题；另一个就是外部因素的影响和制约。 本文主要依据中日韩三个国家的国情以及其自身的发展特点，结合自由贸易区自身的发展和区域经济一体化对于一个地区实现全面快速发展的重要意义等方面分析了中日韩自由贸易区的发展现状以及遇到的问题、困境和挑战，并且为了更好的建设自贸区提出了一些具体的措施与解决方案。 关键词：区域经济一体化； 中日韩自由贸易区； 障碍和挑战； 发展前景 Japan South Korea Free Trade Area Construction: status quo, challenges and Countermeasures ABSTRACT Over the years, Japan and South Korea free trade area in the development has made some achievements. Asia and even global major economies, regional development, and promoting the economic development of the entire Asian region has become a major aspect of the various countries in the Asian region must continue efforts. Regional economic development and the need to continuously improve construction level close economic and trade cooperation among countries, so as to have the same strength of the global economy a certain balance and harmonious development can therewith, thereby to protect the region towards a healthy economy steady direction. While establishing a free trade zone, Japan and Korea also exist two aspects of internal and external factors and constraints. In this paper, based on the situation in Japan and South Korea as well as its own development characteristics, combined with its own free trade zone development and regional economic integration for the region to achieve a comprehensive and rapid development of great significance, etc. analyzes the development of Japan and South Korea FTA current situation and the problems encountered difficulties and challenges, and to build in Japan and South Korea FTA put forward some concrete measures and solutions.
