郑氏顺气降逆方治疗梅核气痰气郁结型22例疗效观察.PDFVIP

The control group took mecobal- amin tablets orally without any prophylactic treatment after occurring neurotoxicity. Based on that,the treatment group was intervened with self-made HuoxueTongluo Fangby immersion andwashtherapyfromthebeginninguntil rd the endof chemotherapy. Onthe3 weekaftertreatment,theincidencesandseverity oftheperipheralneurotoxicity in two groupswere compared. Results　 The total incidence ratesof peripheral neurotoxicity in the treatment group and control group were61.5% and 80.0% respectively,the difference was not significant (P0.05). However, the incidence rates of peripheral neurotoxicity on Ⅱ-level and above Ⅱ-level in the treatment group and control group were26.9% and56.0% respectively,the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion　 Prophylactic treatment with Huoxue Tongluo Fangby immersing andwashing canreducethetoxicity and severity inducedby pa- clitaxel. The method can improvethelife quality of tumor patients. It isworth popularizing and applying in clinic.
