T he trad itional u ltrason ic testing technology can no longer m eet h igh reliab ility and h igh efficiency requ irem ents in m odern in du stry, com b in e w ireless com m un ication techn ology and u ltrason ic L am b m easurem ent techn ology, develop an effective, on lin e, practical w ireless u ltrason ic L am b w ave nondestructive m easurem ent system becom e an im portant d irection in the developm ent of nondestructive testing. F irstly, based on the u ltrason ic gu ided w ave th eory, in the paper, the L am b w ave th eory is stu died, the propagation characteristics and detection princip le of the L am b w ave in the structure are discussed, solving riley-L am b equation through the M atlab program m ing, and plotting the frequency dispersion curve of L am b w ave. Secondly, com b in ing the characteristics of w ireless com m un ication technology and u ltrason ic lam b m easurem ent techn ology, a w ireless u ltrason ic nondestructive m easurem ent system is develop ed, an d the prin cip le and com pon ent of th e m easurem ent system are analyzed . System u ses C T S-3000 to excite and receiv e th e u ltrasonic signal, and then th e co llected signal can be transm itted by the w ireless transm ission m odu le w h ich is controlled by the system level ch ip M SP 430F 149 single-ch ip m icrocom puter. T h e w ireless receiving m odule realizes serial com m unication b etw een M C U and com puter u sing the R S-232-C interface standard, and the signal is transm itted into a com puter to disp lay, record, store and process.
