Abstract  Abstract  Linear model is a kind of statistical model which has many applications in biology，  medicine，  economics，  management，  meteorology and so on. In research on linear  model， we have to investigate the rationality of the assumption and the effects of the  selected data set on the statistical inference，  and this is “statistical diagnostics”. This  paper  mainly  discussed the  statistical  diagnostics  and  influence  analysis  of  the linear  regression  data  deletion  model，  combined  with  the  combining  ridge  and  principal  components estimate which was wildly applied biased estimation of the linear model to  discuss the relevant theory ofthe influence analysis， it had promoted further and obtained  series of results on the basis of the previous work.  In chapter 3，the influence analysis of the liner regression single point deletion model  was discussed in two aspects，  On the one hand，  a new measurement method using the  Warp­departure  degree  was  taken  to  revise  the  former  researchers’  faultiness  of  the  measurement  of  influential  point; on  the  other  hand，  according  to  the  idea  of  the  Mahalanobis distance，a new Mahalanobis generalized distance was defined and also gave  thetheoreticalproof and practical data checking.  In  chapter 4， the combining ridge and principal  components  estimate was put  forward according to the influence analysis of the biased estimation，  then the strong  influence of the data deletion model was further researched. Finally two new measures  were introduced by researching the W­K statistic and they were proved to be available  through an example.  In chapter 5，  a
