cccjcm@163.com 中医临床研究 010 -22- Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine 2012 Vol.(4) No.22 祛风化痰止咳方联合西药常规治疗咳嗽变异性 哮喘60 例 Decoction of removing wind and sputum to relieve cough combined with western medicine in treatment of 60 cases of CVA 曾凌云 （湖南省祁阳县中医院，湖南 祁阳，426100 ） 中图分类号：R256.12 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-7860 （2012 ）22-0022-02 证型：GBD 【摘 要】 目的：探讨祛风化痰止咳方联合西药常规治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法：将 2008～2012 年收入我院的 120 例患儿，随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组60 例，采用常规西药治疗，实验组60 例，在常规西药基础上加用 祛风化痰止咳方治疗。结果：对照组和实验组治疗前血清IgE 相比无显著差异（P0.05 ），对照组和实验组治疗后血清IgE 相比， 差异显著（P0.05 ）。对照组6 个月内复发5 例，12 个月内复发 10 例，复发率25% 。实验组6 个月内复发 1 例，12 个月内复发3 例，复发率6.67%，实验组复发率小于对照组，差异显著（P0.05 ）。结论：采用祛风化痰止咳方联合西药常规的方案治疗儿童咳 嗽变异性哮喘，可以显著减少血清IgE 水平和复发率，在临床上具有推广意义。 【关键词】祛风化痰止咳；西药；咳嗽变异性哮喘 【Abstract 】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of decoction of removing wind and sputum to relieve vough combined with western medicine in treatment of CVA. Methods: During 2008 to 2012, 120 cases were selected and divided into two groups. Control group included 60 cases uesd the conventional western medicine treatment and test group included 60 cases used decoction of removing wind and sputum to relieve vough combined with western medicine. Results: The serum levels of IgE before treatment of test group and control group were in a same level (P0.05). The serum levels of IgE after treatment of test group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The recurrence rate of test group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: To use decoction of removing wind and sputum to relieve vough combined with western medicine routine regimen in the treatment of CVA in children can significantly reduce the serum levels of IgE and the rate of recurrence.
