Field HES Checklist—Tool Small Equipment 现场HES检查卡―工具和小型设备 KEY HES Requirements 规范关键点 Yes/No Comments 评注 使用前检查手动工具的安全状况，选择和使用适用于作业的合适工具。 Check hand tools for safety condition prior to use, select and use the correct tool for the type of work to be done. 按照制造商的说明书和指示使用和维护工具。使用者有责任正确的使用和维护工具。 Hand tools should be used and maintained in accordance to manufacturer’s specification and instruction. Users have a responsible for properly using and maintaining the tool. 磨掉錾子/锤头的毛边，防止使用时被敲到。 Burred edges on cold chisels / hammer heads should be ground off to prevent them being knocked off during use 除非批准，否则不允许使用自制的手动工具。 Self-made hand tools are not permitted on site unless approval. 高处作业以及工具有可能掉落到下方工人身上的风险时，使用时用绳索绑住工具。不用时应将工具放入容器或工具箱中。考虑在作业区域下方安装防护栏。 When working at height and there is a potential risk dropping the tool on to workers below secure the tool with a cord / rope while it is being used. When not in use place the tool in a container or tool box. Consider erecting barricades below the work area. 不要将工具放在开口、孔洞附近或者钢梁、作业平台或格栅的边缘以防止他们掉落。 Never place the hand tools in the proximity of openings, holes or on the edges of steel beams, work platform or grating etc to avoid them falling down. 携带有尖头、刀刃的工具时，应将他们放入工具套/工具箱或用较厚实的材料包裹。工具的尖头应始终朝下。 When carrying a tool that has a sharp point or blade, place it in its cover / tool box or wrap the tool in thick material. Always point sharp tools downwards 某些作业需要穿戴合适的眼睛和面部保护设备，如使用凿子、扁铲等敲击工具需要面部保护装置 Wear the correct eye and face protection equipment suitable for the work, e.g. a face visor may be required for using impact tools such as chisels, wedges etc. 双手可能接触锋利边缘的时候，无论是工具或者使用的材料，都必须戴上高质量的手套。 Wear good quality gloves whenever there is the possibility of your hands coming into contact with sharp edges of either the tool or the material being used. 使用工具时要小心不要伤害到你自己或附近的工人。要意识到有脱手的可能性。 Take care not to harm yourself or nearby workers during the use of hand tools. Be aware of “Line of Fire”. 使用工具时要避免使用太大的力气 – 如果工具滑过你的冲力，可能造成你自己或他人受伤。
