薄层扫描测定大豆卵磷脂中磷脂酰胆碱的含量.PDF

The determination was conducted under the conditions of chloroform-ethanol-acetic acid-water(40:9: 3:1.5, V/V) as developing solvents on a TLC silica palata, scanning wavelength 380 nm, referance wavelength 354 nnm, and dual wavelength reflection zigzay sanning the peak area of phosphatidylcholine. The results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of stability is 3.20%, and the RSD of recovery rate is 3.26%. The method is simple and economical with good repetition and stability. So it could be applied in for the determination lecithin compounds.
