2010级会计实训论文 题 目: 我国家电类上市公司 财务报表分析 英文题目: Analysis of financial statements of Listed Companies of Chinas household electrical appliance 系 : 管理系 专 业: 会计学 班 级: 会计1009班 学 生: 宋子诚 学 号:教师签字: 成绩: 摘　　要 企业的财务报表反映了一个企业特定时期的财务状况和一定时期内的经营成果和现金流量状况，财务报表分析有助于企业的管理经营者正确地了解过去的财务情况，更好地评价和预测企业的未来发展状况。 本文选择 TCL 集团股份有限公司，格力电器等家电类上市公司近几年的财务报表作为研究对象，结合我国家电行业发展特点，运用财会基本知识，财务管理，财务分析，审计，统计等方面的知识和手段，对企业的报表进行一系列的分析和评价。 本文分为四章，第一章主要介绍财务报表分析的一般理论及方法，第二章文字叙述我国家电企业的现状及发展趋势，第三章是本文的核心部分，对 TCL 集团，格力电器近几年的财务报表进行比较详尽的分析：对于资产负债表，主要从偿债能力、运营能力的方面分析；对于利润表，主要从盈利能力的方面进行分析；对于现金流量表，主要从获现能力方面进行分析；并把数据进行对比分析，对家电行业的财务状况特征进行综合评价。第四章，就是在分析评价的基础上，提出自己的看法。 关键词：财务报表，家电类 关键词：财务报表，家电类，对比分析 关键词是为了文献标引工作从论文中选取出来、用以表示全文主题内容信息款目的单词或术语。如有可能，应尽量用《汉语主题词表》等词表提供的规范词。不用此信息时，删除此框。 Companies of Chinas household electrical appliance Abstract Corporate financial statements reflect the specific period of financial condition and the certain period of operating results and cash flow status, financial statement analysis contributes to the management of enterprise operators correctly understand the past financial situation, to better evaluate and predict the future of enterprises development.
