中文摘要摘要：当今世界经济竞争日益激烈，企业随时面临机遇与挑战。对科技型企 中文摘要 摘要：当今世界经济竞争日益激烈，企业随时面临机遇与挑战。对科技型企 业而言，技术创新是提升企业核心竞争力的关键，如何提升技术创新能力是发展 科技型企业的重中之重。作为非技术因素的企业文化，往往被科技型企业所忽视， 最终成为制约技术创新能力不断提升的因素。近几年来，有关企业文化和技术创 新关系的研究越来越多，但仍属于新兴问题，研究成果尚不显著。基于此，本文 以科技型企业的企业文化对技术创新能力的作用为研究对象，理论分析和实证分 析相结合，旨在为科技型企业的技术创新发展提供文化建设方面的理论支持和实 践指导。 本文首先对企业文化和技术创新的相关理论进行介绍，提供研究所需理论基 础；然后从理论角度分析了企业文化对技术创新的影响，先探讨一般企业的企业 文化对技术创新的影响，再针对科技型企业，分析创新型文化对技术创新能力的 作用；接下来，本文结合前人成果，构建了科技型企业创新型文化和技术创新能 力的评价指标体系，并选取中关村科技园区作为实证研究对象，采取问卷调查的 方式收集数据，最后，运用SPSS软件进行统计分析，验证创新型文化各要素和技 术创新能力各要素之问的相关性，并得出创新型文化各要素对技术创新能力各要 素的影响水平。 关键词：创新型文化；技术创新能力；科技型企业 分类号：F276．44 AB AB STRACT ABSTRACT：Today’s harsh competition of the global economy endows the enterpnses with opportunities as well challenges all the time．As for the scientific and technological enterprises，technological innovation is the core factor锄d how to promote technological innovation capability is especially important for enterpriseS， deVelopment； howeVer，the corporate culture， being the non．technological factor， whlcn has always been ignored by technological enterprises， ultimately becomes 1mPedlment to the continuous strengthening of the technological innovation capabjlity． J nemto豫the study about the relationship between corporate culture and tectmologicalinnovation has flourished in recent years， but it yet re=Tnains new topic with few marked achievement．Based the above mentioned，with theory analysis a11d caSe studY， this paper tries to have tentative study on how the corporate culture ol the scientific and technological enterprises functions on the technolo舀cal innovation capability，hoping to provide the theoretical support and practical guide for the cultural construct of the technological innovation development in scientific and technological enterprises． This paper primarily introduces the releVant theories about c0巾orate culture and teclln。l。gical i1111。Vati。n as the theoretical basis for further research；then analyzes 舶m t}le theo硎cal perspectiVe，the c。rporate culture’s infl
