摘要自俄罗斯独立以来，中俄双边关系稳步发展，边境贸易成为构架两国相互 摘要 自俄罗斯独立以来，中俄双边关系稳步发展，边境贸易成为构架两国相互 理解和信任，协调与合作的重要途径之一。 边境贸易是毗邻国家或地区之间特有的一种贸易形式，对一国对外贸易发 展具有重要的补充作用，尤其对边境少数民族地区的对外贸易和经济发展意义 更为重大。发展边境贸易是建设民族地区和谐社会的必要条件。满洲里口岸是 中俄边境贸易的重要口岸，对内蒙古经济的发展以及国内中俄的贸易都起到了 一定的作用。 满洲里作为边境地区与其他地区产业结构有所不同，尤其是作为边境口岸 城市，边境贸易已成为当地经济发展的重要支撑，本文以边境贸易的相关理论 为基础，运用相关数据从多个层面分析了满洲里边境贸易的发展现状，包括满 洲里口岸现状、边贸发展现状、边贸发展趋势并对满洲里地区边贸主体、商品 结构及结算方式等情况进行了分析，指出了满洲里地区边境贸易发展中存在的 问题，并进一步探讨了产生问题的原因，本文最后提出满洲罩地区边境贸易未 来发展对策和建议。 关键词：边境贸易，满洲里，边境地区，俄罗斯 AbstractSince Abstract Since the Independence of Russia，the Sino—Russia bilateral relationship has been developing steadily．The border trade has become one of the important ways to build two countries’understanding and trust，coordination and cooperation． Border trade is a unique form of foreign trade between neighboring countries， which has an important complementary role of the development of a country’S foreign trade，especially has great significance to the region’S economic development in ethnic minority border areas．To build national harmonious society,the development of border trade is one of the necessary conditions．The port of Manzhouli has become the important channel of the border trade of Sino-Russia．The border trade of Manzhouli has played the important role of the border trade of Inner Mongolia even the hole economic of this area． As a frontier region，the industrial structure of Manzhouli iS different from other areas，particularly for the border city,the border trade has become an important support for the local economic development．This article analyzes the development status of border trade including port status of Manzhouli，development status and development trend of border trade，the main body and the structure of commodity of trade．The article points out the problems of Manzhouli border trade related to border trade theory and the use of statistical data,explores the cause of the problems，finally proposes some countermeasures for the development of border trade in Manzhouli． Key word
