中文摘要 摘 要 随着经济的全球化发展趋势，制造行业的竞争已经不仅仅局限于核心制造商之间的竞争了，而是包括零部件制造企业在内的整个供应链之间的激烈竞争。本文以供应链管理及集成化供应链的相关理论为基础，在认真分析了我国制造业所处环境的基础上，指出了制造业实施供应链管理的必要性，并且针对制造业供应链存在的问题及优化方向，着重对制造业供应链运作过程中零部件的自制与外包决策及供应商的评价进行研究和探讨。 首先，论文阐述了制造业供应链管理的研究现状，分析了我国制造业的优势及其供应链存在的问题，指出了构建一个合理的供应链模式对我国制造业具有十分重要的意义。 第二，集成化的供应链管理模式要求企业不断地加强与其它企业的协调和合作，整合企业外部的资源优势，把不擅长的业务“外包”出去，而零部件自制与外包的战略选择正是决定制造业供应链结构的重点所在。本文利用0-1规划的方法，通过比较零部件内部制造总成本与外包总成本，确定外包零部件的种类，优化供应链结构，并构建了基于零部件的制造业供应链模型，为制造业企业构建供应链提供参考。 最后，在对影响制造企业供应商选择的因素进行分析的基础上，建立了一套层次化、系统化的制造企业供应商评价体系，然后运用层次分析和集对分析相结合的方法对制造企业供应商评价与选择作了探讨和分析。最终实现与其它企业建立战略伙伴关系，实现强强联合，达到共赢的目的。 关键词：供应链；外包；模式；层次分析 英文摘要 英文摘要 Research of Supply Chain Mode Basing on the Decision-making of Parts Outsourcing Abstract With the development trend of economy globalization, the manufacture competition has not only been restricted within core manufacturers, but in the whole supply chain including the components manufacturers. Based on the theories of the supply chain management and the integrated supply chain,the thesis indicates the necessity of inplementing the supply chain in manufacturing industry on the basis of carefully analyzing the environment of manufacturing industry in our country and has placed emphasis on the study of the parts self-production,outsourcing decision and supplier’s evaluation in the operational coruse of manufacture supply chain. First of all, this thesis introduces the research status of the supply chain management, analyses the advantage and the existing problems of the manufacture in China, and demonstrates it important to develop a proper supply chain mode for the Chinese manufacture.
