山东科技大学本科毕业生论文 PAGE 5 本科毕业生论文 武汉市大气环境质量评价模糊数学模型研究 摘要 随着现代工业的不断发展，城市环境问题日趋严重。直接影响人们的生存环境，影响经济、社会、环境的协调发展。大气环境污染，已经成为人们倍受关注的城市环境污染问题之一。为了有效地冶理大气环境污染，首先须对大气环境质量作出科学评价。这对客观认识城市大气污染现状，预测其发展趋势，并有效地进行大气污染控制，实施可持续发展战略具有重要意义。 本文在收集武汉市大气监测数据及有关资料(如气候、地理、功能区的规划等)和分析研究大气环境质量评价方法的基础上，针对大气环境的多祸合性与复杂动态性，并考虑到环境质量评价中评价主体、监测资料、评价标准及环境要素的不确定性，提出用运模糊数学综合评判的方法进行大气环境质量评价。本办法通过确定大气污染评价因子和其评价等级的界定，建立降半梯形隶属函数，运用超标倍数加权法计算权重并进行归一化处理，建立起加权平均型武汉市大气环境质量评价数学模型。又进一步引入了数据库和C一语言计算机程序便于数据接口，避免了繁琐的人工计算。 结果表明:此模型不仅注意到分级界限的模糊性，而且在信息利用率和判别精度上和别的评价方法相比有很大优势。该方法科学、简便、精确、所得结果与武汉市大气环境质量现状相符合，具有较强的实际应用价值。 关键词:大气环境质量评价 模糊综合评判 数学模型 隶属函数 隶属度 权重 A study on Mathematical model of Atmosphere Environmental quality Assessmentin WU han City Abstract With the development of modemin dustry，the environment of city becomes more and more serious .It direetly affeets the environment of PeoPle，life， and the development among economy society and environment .The air pollution is one question of environmentineity，and is motioned by more and more people.In order to efficiently control air Pollution，we should makes scientific assessment to air quality.So the research for it is very important which we objeetive and aceurate Study thee urrentsitUationofairPollutionincityandPredietthedeveloPmenttrend，also effieiently control of the air pollution to make thes trategy of the sustain able development.
