毕 业 论 文 论文题目:电控液动式自动变速器的 结构控制原理与维修 所属系别 专业班级 姓  名 学  号 指导教师 撰写日期 年 月 摘 要 自动变速器具有操作容易、驾驶舒适、能减少驾驶者疲劳的优点,已成为现代轿车配置的一种发展方向。装有自动变速器的汽车能根据路面状况自动变速变矩,驾驶者可以全神贯地注视路面交通而不会被换挡搞得手忙脚乱。汽车自动变速器常见的有三种,分别是液力自动变速器(AT)、机械无级自动变速器(CVT)、电控机械自动变速器(AMT)。目前轿车普遍使用的是AT,AT几乎成为自动变速器的代名词。 AT是由液力变扭器、行星齿轮和液压操纵系统组成,通过液力传递和齿轮组合的方式来达到变速变矩。其中液力变扭器是最重要的部件,它由泵轮、涡轮和导轮等构件组成,兼有传递扭矩和离合的作用。 采用液力自动变速器是汽车新技术的一个标志,它有许多其他变速器不可替代的优点:整车具有较好的驾驶性能,良好的行驶性能,较好的行车安全性,降低废气排放等。汽车上加装液力自动变速器后,提高车的操纵稳定性、动力性、通过性、经济性和使用寿命等,从而使车整体性能得到改善。 液力自动变速器提高了车的作业性能和综合技术经济性。 关键词: 自动变速器, 液力变矩器, 速比, 效率 Abstract Automatic transmission with easy to use,driving comfort,reduce driver fatigue strengths,has become a modern car configuration development. Vehicles equipped with automatic transmission automatic transmission according to road conditions change moment,the driver can give full attention to road traffic consistent manner will not be shifting Gaode rush. Automatic transmission,there are three common,namely,hydraulic automatic transmission (AT),Mechanical Variable Transmission (CVT),electronically controlled mechanical automatic transmission (AMT). Car is currently widely used AT,AT almost become synonymous with automatic transmission. AT is a hydraulic torque converter,planetary gears and hydraulic control system components,transmission and gear by hydraulic means to achieve the combination of speed and moment. Hydraulic torque converter which is the most important part,which consists of the pump wheel,wheels,turbines and components guide the composition of both the role of transmission torque and clutch. With hydraulic automatic transmission is a sign of new technology vehicles,it has many other advantages of transmission can not be replaced: the vehicle is driving better performance,good driving performance,better traffic safety,reduce exhaust emissions. Vehicle after the installation of hydraulic automatic transmission to improve vehicle handling and stability,power,by nature,economy and service life
