黑龙江科技大学本科毕业论文 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT VII 基于PLC的载物转台控制系统的设计 毕业设计论文 摘要 人们生活水平的提高，带动着社会经济的迅速发展。同时还对传统的工业生产的可靠性和功能性带来了巨大的挑战，着同样适应于转台的工业生产控制系统。我国传统的转台存在着技术水平低，容易出现故障等缺陷。因为在传统的转台控制系统中，工作人员的技术水平是在生产线中起决定性作用的一环，我国有没有专门培育这种技术型人才的地方，又因为转台的结构组成决定了容易出现故障的原因，所以设计出新型的转台控制系统是十分必要的。 本系统的设计是基于S7-300 系列 PLC 控制的转台控制系统，本文介绍了该控制系统的整体结构、系统构成和工作原理。通过PLC 进行逻辑控制，由变频器进行转速调节。本文在系统的设计部分，对硬件系统配置、选型和软件系统的流程设计、程序设计进行了详细的介绍，并指出了系统设计过程中存在的问题，给出相关解决方法。该转台控制系统性能良好，硬件模块工作稳定、可靠，变频器的控制方式采用DP接口与MODbus转换协议模块，增加了通信速度，提升系统的实时性。 关键词： 机械转台 S7-300 变频 ABSTRACT Peoples living standards improve, promote the rapid development of social economy. But also on the traditional industrial production reliability and functionality of an enormous challenge, with the same turntable adapted to industrial production control system. Chinas traditional turntable there is low level of technology, prone to failure and other defects. Because in traditional turntable control system, the technical level of the staff is in the production line of a ring play a decisive role, China has no special technical talents cultivation of this place, but also because of the structural composition of the turntable determines prone to failure reason, the new design of the turret control system is necessary. The system design is based on the S7-300 series PLC control turntable control system, this paper introduces the overall structure of the control system, the system structure and working principle. Through the PLC logic control by inverter speed control. This part of the system design, the hardware system software selection and process design, process design has been described in detail, and points out the problems in the design process, give relevant solutions. The turntable control system performance is good, the hardware module is reliable, and inverter control method using MODbus conversion agreement with DP interface module, increasing the speed of communication, improve the system in real time.
