A：进口商适用于本地银行的开放有利于出口商L/C提供定金和手续费。 b. The opening bank sends the L/C opened to the advising bank. B：开户银行把L/C发到通知行。 c. The advising bank transfer the L/C to the exporter. C:通知行再把L/C转让给进口商。;d. After examining the L/C, the exporter delivers the goods according to the stipulations of L/C. After shipment, the exporter makes out a draft, and draws up the documents in accordance
