ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the integration ofworld economics and the rapidity of financial globalization,the risk of banks has been continuously accumulating at the same time of the qmck spreading of the businesses．In recent years，many cases of closing down or deficit of many international banks have caused great attention for risk-control of banks in international society．The major method adopted by most of countries is through effective supervising tO banks by government together with banks’internal contr01．TlliS article makes some diseussion about the risk__control of commercial banks from the point of cormeeting supervising to banks witll internal control system ofbanks． Tllis article at first looks back tO the risk-control experiences of Shanxi Business Office—the financial unit of modem history in China,then makes a summary for the developing of the risk-control system in international banking field．Centering on the point,the article comments on the supervising ideas and the developing process of internally controlling ideas in many countries； makes a discussion on the theory of supervising and intemal control；makes all analysis for the actual experiences of supervising and internal control both in developed countries and in our country．On the basis of finding out the gap between banks’supervising and internal-control，the article makes some suggestions to increase the level ofrisk-control in omcommercial banks． 孤e article hold that the risk-control system of our banks are relatively sin#e．the ideas and methods of that are relatively backward，and the following jobs need to be done：to perfect the corporation managing structure,to advance the internal risk-control system；to cultivate the culture of internal contr01．to establish the system of risk-identification and risk—evaluation．and to perfect the system of internal control in commercial banks：to establish information system and effective communication channels；to renew supervising idea and transfer financial s
