It includes 3 sub-projects: 信息服务 Information Service 文化传承 Cultural Preservation 书香漂流 Mobile Book Box 项目概述 Project Description 天祝一中和4个附近的惠农项目区的6所学校合作，培训当地农牧民获取生产生活所需信息。 Train local farmers herdsmen gaining information on production and living 一中的师生与6所学校的老师一起，培训项目区初中文化程度以上的农牧民有关计算机基本操作。 Help local farmers and herdsmen with grade 8 and above education learning the basic computer skills 培训项目区农牧民学习使用互联网，使用获得与农业科技、市场、政策法规、卫生保健等有关的信息。 Teach farmers herdsmen in project areas using the Internet and access to information about agricultural science and technology, markets, policies and regulations, health care and other relevant information 项目目标 Project Goals 为当地农牧民提供信息服务，提升他们的信息素养。Provide information service to the local farmers herdsmen.
