The sound environment having formed comparison rules system by law. Use personal influence but since human being a series of a long time is incorrect, having brought about grave consequence for natural environment, the environment problem becomes the factor affecting the economic growth restraint. As a forceful way of legal ruling, the enforcement of environmental law plays an important part in cracking down the illegal activities of environmental protection, especially in promoting the environment protection according to law, environment administration enforce the law having a lot of problem bulging now even more, but successive steps is thorough with environment protection environment administration enforce the law working also revealing out a few problems. In a law-governing country, administration by law is considered the biggest guarantee to avoid administrative power infringing upon the private rights. Judicial supervision works well in promoting the functioning of administration by law and its main part is administration litigation, which is the most powerful one among the system of administrative supervision. In this thesis the author not only studies the defects, which exist in the judicial supervision of Chinese environmental administration, but also present us some detailed suggestions about how to improve the system.
