PAGE PAGE 6 天然气厂站有毒有害废水密闭收集系统设计思路 李静1， 赵琼2 ，韩国强1 ，刘永茜2 ，陈青海1 ，罗宁2， 丁志新1 （1.中国石油集团塔里木油田分公司天然气事业部，新疆 库尔勒 841000;2.中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司西南分公司，四川 成都 6100 摘 要：油气田厂站天然气厂站排放废水中含有药剂、凝析油等有毒有害物质。而其常规排水收集系统是以市政工程排水规范及惯常作法作为基础，多采用“来水-排水检查井+排水管道-污水处理装置”的敞开式排水系统，随着污水中有毒有害物质的挥发，造成严重的安全生产和职业健康隐患。随着安全环保和职业卫生要求的不断提高，其厂站内有毒有害废水的收集系统按照传统的模式已不能完全适应气田的发展需求，需要进一步研究和改进污水收集系统技术方面面临的诸多技术难点，不断提高污水收集系统的设计水平，打破传统观念，在保证生产的同时，关注生产操作环境、保护生产人员的身心健康，对厂、站有毒有害废水收集系统进行密闭化设计。本文通过对国内、国外油气田工程厂站生产污水收集和排放系统设计工艺的分析国外天然气工程厂站生产污水收集和排放系统设计工艺的分析，提出了较为合理、便于实施的有毒有害废水收集系统的设计思路。 Abstract:The sewage of oil and gas plant contains toxic and hazardous substances like chemicals, condensate oil and etc.. The conventional drainage collection system is based on municipal engineering norms and practices which adopt the way of “effluent - drainage inspection wells + drain pipes - sewage treatment device” called open drainage system. This system can cause serious safety and occupational health risks with the evaporation of toxic and hazardous substances in the sewage. With the continuous improvement of safety and environmental protection, and occupational health requirements, the traditional model can not completely meet the demand for gas field development. Many technical difficulties should be studied and improved to raise design level, break the traditional concept, and ensure the production at the same time concern about the operating environment, the protection of physical and mental health of the production staff. So closed drainage system is apply to the design of toxic and hazardous sewage in oil and gas plant.
