A 9.5” wheal was used instead of a 6” grinding wheel. This wheel was over sized an d allowed only to be run at 3400 rpm. The truck tilted and the load pulled the trailer over. Fortunately, the hold down bolts on the connector plate was sheared by the forces and the “Horse” was not dragged along. No one was injured.
