Acentralizedinformationsystemwasintroducedtocollectallprocesssinformation. Ahy鄄 brid transmission control method of combining centralized and distributed logic was described based on the process migrating. A new load index wasparticularly definedfor the case to make sure a processorsload lev鄄 el. Thecorrespondingtheoreticanalysisfortheimportantproblemsinimplementationwasdiscussed. Thecriti鄄 cal strategiesandalgorithmswerepresented. Theresultsof the simulation show thatthearchitectureandrelat鄄 ed strategies can provide effectively support to the network parallel computing.
