Abstract :Taking data analysis of digital resource aggregation as an example ，this paper compares the properties and opera-
tions of the social network analysis tools—Ucinet and Gephi from the aspects of basic information ，data processing analysis ，net-
work chart analysis and storage management. The result shows that Ucinet ，which with more comprehensive property ，powerful com-
puting function and stronger compatibility ，is more suitable for dealing with medium and large data of the complex problems and
multiple relationships ;while Gephi ，which with powerful visualization function and stronger dynamic analysis ，is more suitable for
handling the dynamic big data for observability analysis.
