论国产电视剧拍摄期的生产控制 ?索取号:G221/3.130密级: 公开硕 士 学 位 论 文 论国产电视剧拍摄期的生产控制 ??从项目管理视角 研究生 : 指导教师 : 副教授 培养单位 : 新闻与传播学院 一级学科 : 艺术学 二级学科 : 广播电视艺术学 完成时间 : 2010年4月1日 答辩时间 : 2010年5月19日 摘 要 近年来,许多国产电视剧在拍摄阶段经常出现进度延期、费用超支、品质失控的问题,同时剧组生产效率低,内部缺乏有效沟通和激励机制的问题也比较突出,这些问题的存在严重阻碍了电视剧经济效益的实现。 本文首先论述国产电视剧拍摄期的项目管理视角,然后结合具体的电视剧案例,运用项目管理与控制的理论分析电视剧拍摄期生产控制出现的问题及原因:第一,进度方面,项目不可控因素多,计划不合理,计划调整不及时。第二,费用方面,剧组项目进度失控,导演对电视剧项目品质的要求苛刻,预算不科学。第三,品质方面,项目拍摄进度、费用失控,镜头缺乏统一严格的控制。第四,剧组方面,剧组内部缺少团队精神、合适的项目沟通渠道和激励措施方面的预算。 针对得出的原因,结合电视剧《双凤楼》拍摄期运作成功的案例,本文提出了国产电视剧项目拍摄期生产控制的有效对策,包括两方面:第一,优化拍摄期的生产控制。具体包括以下四点,拍摄期的进度控制对策;拍摄期费用控制对策;拍摄期的品质控制对策;实施最优化控制。第二,建设高效的电视剧组。制片管理部门可通过做好剧组的情感管理、保持高效的剧组沟通和建立有效的激励机制等手段实现剧组的高效。有效的生产控制对策保证了国产电视剧拍摄期生产目标的实现。 关键词:电视剧项目,拍摄期,生产控制 Abstract In recent years, the time of domestic teleplays in the shooting phase frequently delays, the cost ofen overruns, and the quality is out of control.Meanwhile, low productivity, lack of effective internal communication and incentive mechanism in the teleplay team are also rather prominent problems.These problems seriously hamper the economic benefit of teleplayThe article first discusses the project management perspective of the shooting of domestic teleplay, and then analyzes the problems in production control process at shooting period by the theory of project management and teleplay cases,and educes the reasons.first, there are much uncontrollable factors,unreasonable and late plans at the project. Second,the schedule is out of control, the director requires rigorous quality, the budget is unscientific at the cost. Third, the shooting schedule and cost is out of control, the lens are lack of uniform strict control at the quality. Fourth, the teleplay team is lack of teamwork, the appropriate communication channels and incentive measures in the budget. According to the reasons, this article brings forward the effective control measure by the teleplay “The Two Phoenix Floor”.It includs two aspects.First, The producer should
