2 Reward
2.1 Team or employees who have the following performance will be rewarded and the reward is different according to degrees of outstanding or size of contribution after investigation and verification.
(1) Devote to one’s duty, service with enthusiasm, accomplish one’s assignment beautifully and is praised by customers.
(2) Have special contribution to company’s business and production and can be exampled for all employees.
(3) Regardless of one’s own safety to protect other employees and company’s property when there is an accident.
(4)Have invention, technical improvement or rationalization proposal which is effective when adopted in production, scientific research, technical skill, product design, labor condition’s improvement and so on.
(5) Make prominent contribution to company in perfecting enterprise’s operation and management, enhancing economic benefits, cherish company property, economizing expense, materials and energy, waste utilization, decreasing cost, increasing profit and so on.
