Scripts Employee training can be dealt in various ways, but the following steps are considered to be the basic. First step is Needs Analysis. Needs Analysis aims at finding out what kind of skills the trainees need. It should first develop a standard which all the trainees should meet, then determine what the employees still lack. Next step is Training Program Design. After we identify the training needs, we start to set the training objectives. First, consult the job description for specific duties and skills required on the job; then prepare training materials, methods and activities that can best realize the training objectives. Third step is Program Implementation. This step is to carry out the objectives already set up. There are several means to implement the training plan, such as classroom instruction, seminars, audiovisual instruction, on-the-job training. The final step is Training Evaluation. After all the training activities have been carried out, usually the company will take measures to evaluate the result of the training.
