With the coming of knowledge-based economy that correspond to agricultural economy and industrial economy, the information industry which is supported by intellectual resource plays an important role in the entire national economy. The technological revolution as the core of information and telecommunications technology is making complex and profound influence to chinas economic, social and cultural life. As one basis of the national economy, the telecommunications industry developed from weak to strong, from being dropped behind togoing ahead, succeeding in improving itself from the constraints of economic development to the leading industry in the national economy.Its huge advancement is greatly manifest. The telecommunications industry has played asignificant role in boosting our economy. This article detailed analyzes direct and indirect contribution that the telecommunications industry has made to the growth of the national economy as well as promoting other industries. Refering to G Feeler model, this article attempts to make certain measurement analysis to the contribution which the telecommunications industry grows to the economy. Therefore, first divides the domestic department into the telecommunication industry department and tiie non-telecommunication industry department, takes these two departments production function as the foundation, adds some variables which relative to the development of economy and telecommunication industry, infers the final measurement model, then carries on the regression analysis to the model with the basis related data.
