Barack Obama and his family celebrated Fathers Day by attending Sunday services at the Apostolic Church of God on Chicagos South Side, where Obama gave a speech highly critical of absent black fathers. He urged them to remember th \o Eir filial responsibilities and be more engaged in raising th \o EIr children. Obama reminded the congregation of his own experience growing up without a father, saying that if he could be anything in life, he would be a good father to his daughters.
