PAGE PAGE 9 摘 要 我国绩效审计评价指标体系的不健全是现阶段各级审计机关开展绩效审计所共同面临的一个难题。审计署在《2008至2012年审计工作发展规划》中明确提出到2012年所有的审计项目要全面开展绩效审计，如今发展规划期即将结束，各级审计机关的工作重心都在向绩效审计过渡，但从目前情况看，绩效审计尚未形成一定的规模效应，操作起来无标准化、规范化、制度化可言。导致上述问题的主要原因是目前我国绩效审计评价依据不充分、评价内容不全面。本文着重从我国政府如何完善绩效评价指标体系进行探讨。 关键词: 政府审计；绩效审计；评价指标 ABSTRACT The evaluation index system performance audit in China at present stage is not sound performance audit audit institutions at various levels in a common problem.
