PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展和人们对管理水平要求的提高，人们需要在控制室里对楼宇中分散的设备进行控制管理监视的功能，楼宇设备监控系统应运而生，其主要功能是对建筑物内的空调通风系统、给水排水系统、照明与动力系统等机电设备实现全面计算机监控管理。作为楼宇设备监控系统的一个子系统，视频监控系统能在人无法直接观察的场合，适时、清晰、真实地反映被监视控制对象的画面。视频监控系统也成为在现代化设备管理中监控的最为有效的观察工具。 本文设计的楼宇设备监控系统主要由空调通风系统、给水排水系统、照明监控系统组成，并通过实时控制系统、监视系统及管理信息系统来进行实时的数据监控和设备工作情况检查工作。其中，实时控制系统完成实时数据采集处理、存储、反馈的功能；监视系统完成对各个监控点的全天候的监视，能在多操作控制点上切换多路图像；管理信息系统完成各类所需信息的采集、接收、传输、加工、处理，是整个系统的控制核心。 关键词 楼宇系统，采集，传输，视频监控 ABSTRACT Pick to with the development of science and technology and people to improve the management level of demand, people need in the control rooms are scattered to the equipment control the function of management monitoring, building equipment monitoring system came into being, its main function is to structures within the air conditioning and ventilation system supply, water supply, drainage system, lighting and power system and electrical and mechanical equipment to achieve full computer monitoring and management.
