This Exclusive Option Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into in Beijing as of September 1 , xx by and among the following parties: ? (1) xx金控科技发展 (北京) 有限公司 (“xx金控”)，一家根据中华人民共和国 (“中国”) 法律在中国北京注册成立的外商独资企业； ? Xx Jinkong Technology Development (BeiJing) Co., Ltd.(the “WFOE”), a wholly foreign-owned enterprise registered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China (“China” or “PRC”), under the laws of China; ? (2) xxxx科技发展 (北京) 有限公司 (“xxxx”)，一家根据中国法律在中国北京注册成立的内资公司；和 ? Xx Hengye Technology Development (BeiJing) Co., Ltd.
