果核活性炭对城市尾水中磷的吸附作用及生物再生研究 摘 要 本研究目的是探索农业废弃物果核对污水中磷吸附特征和再生效果。利用农业废弃物果核活性炭为吸附剂,对污染水体中的磷酸盐进行静态吸附研究;同时研究果核活性炭对磷的吸附动力学特征;并通过解磷菌对吸附饱和的活性炭进行生物解吸再生研究。试验结果表明:pH为7.0,温度28~30 ℃条件下进行恒温振荡培养48 h,果核碳对50 mg/L磷酸盐溶液的吸附量达到0.78 mg/g,吸附效果相对较好;果核活性炭磷的吸附等温线符合Langmuir 模型,且最大吸附量为4.94 mg/g。利用土壤中分离到的解磷菌,对吸附饱和后的果核碳进行解吸附,解吸率随着平衡浓度的增大而呈下降趋势:平衡浓度为19.66 mg/L,88.55 mg/L,272.13 mg/L时,解磷菌对果核活性炭磷解吸率为60.24%,31.46%和20.65%,说明接种分离出的解磷菌有利于吸附饱和果核活性炭的磷解吸。 关键词:果核活性炭,吸附,解吸,解磷菌,生物再生 Removal and bio-regeneration of phosphorus from wastewater by means of adsorption onto nutlet activated carbon ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explore the absorption characteristics and regenerate of nutlet activated carbon for removal phosphate from waterbody. Agricultural waste fruit core as activated carbon to be used to study phosphate removal, adsorption characteristics in batch experiment and bio-regeneration efficiency using phosphobacteria. The results showed that adsorption capacity of fruit core carbon to 50mg/L phosphate solution reach to 0.78 mg/g at the condition of pH 7.0, temperature 28~30℃ and 48h contract time, phosphorus absorption isotherms of fruit core activated carbon was fit Langmuir mode, the maximum amount absorption was 4.94 mg/g. Using the phosphobacteria which was isolated from soil to desorb saturation adsorption of the activated carbon, the result showed that the desorption rate decreases as the equilibrium concentration increases, when the equilibrium concentration was 19.66 mg/L, 88.55 mg/L, 272.13 mg/L respectively, accordingly the desorption rate was 60.24%, 31.46%, 20.65%, the phenomenon showed that isolated phosphobacteria display phosphorus desorption ability. Therefore, this study not only help to understand phosphorus absorption effect and characteristic by fruit core activated carbon, but also provide a new way biological regeneration for the activated carbon, which provides technical support for the reuse of phosphorus in water, at same time realize the utilization of agricultural w
