　 护理实践与研究2016年第13卷第7期　 ·89 · ·护理管理 · 思维导图在重症患者院内转运安全管理中的应用 吴秋霞　 邸红军　 侯亚红　 施月仙 摘　 要　 目的:应用思维导图为护士提供重症患者院内转运安全指引,保障患者转运安全。 方法:选择2014年3 ~12 月我院各科ICU住院治疗 的危重患者419例,将其随机分为对照组204例和观察组215例,对照组给予常规转运模式;观察组则通过查阅相关文献,制定以“重症患者转 运安全”为中心的“重症患者院内转运思维导图”。 比较两组重症患者院内转运意外事件的发生率、转运平均时间及重症患者家属满意度。 结 果:应用重症患者院内转运思维导图后转运意外事件(大出血或休克、输液管道堵塞或脱落及其他类型管道堵塞或滑脱)发生率低于对照 组(P0.05);缩短了平均转运时间,重症患者家属满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论:应用“重症患者院内转运思维导图”能够 提高护士对重症患者院内转运安全的认识和风险防范,节省转运时间,降低重症患者院内转运的风险。 关键词　 思维导图;重症患者;转运;安全管理　 　 　 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1672-9676.2016.07.043 The application of mind mapping in the safe management of the intra-hospital transfer of critical patients WU Qiu-xia,DI Hong-jun,HOU Ya-hong,et al(Logistics University of People′sArmed Police Force Affiliated Hospital,Tianjin　 300162) Abstract　 Objective:To explore the application of mind mapping as a guidancefor the nursesfor the safe intra-hospital transfer of critical patients so as to ensure the patients′transfer safety.Methods:Selected419 cases of critical patientstreated in ICU of different departments in our hospital from March to December2014 and divided them into the control group (204 cases) and the observation group (215 cases) in accordancewith their admission sequence into the hospital.The control group was given the regular transfer mode,while for the observation group the critical patient intra-hospital transfer mind mapping centered by the requirementof criticalpatienttransfersafety wasformulatedonthebasisofrelatedarticlesanddocuments.Comparedtheacci- dent occurrence rate,average transfertimeand satisfaction of thecritical patientsfamiliesof thetwogroups.Results:Undertheguidanceof thecritical pa- tient intra-hospital transfer mind mapping,the transfer accidents (such asthe massive hemorrhage,shock,transfusion tube plug or departure and other typesoftubeplugordeparture)occurre
