海洋工程技术助力海上风电发展 黄世元 周兴 孙政策 （中国船级社 北京 100007） 摘要：海上风机作为一种新型海洋工程结构，在设计、建造、安装和维护中可大量借鉴已有海洋工 程的开发经验和技术，同时又具有自己的载荷和结构特点。从滩、浅海到深海，海上风机的基础结 构一般分为固定式和浮式。固定式中包括筒型人工岛基础、单桩基础、重力基础、简易导管架基础 和一般导管架基础，浮式中包括张力腿平台、半潜平台、塔桶平台和船型平台。文中首先给出了固 定式在设计建造中主要面对的打桩、稳定性、承载力、强度、安装技术、防腐与检验等问题的特点 和解决方案；然后给出了浮式在设计建造中主要面对的系泊、稳性、浮体载荷计算、耦合分析、强 度、防腐和检验等问题的特点和解决方案；最后给出了一个浮式平台性能分析的主要程序、方法及 强度与稳性分析的结果，总结了海洋工程技术应用于海上风电时可利用的成功经验，和需要关注及 进一步研究的问题。 关键词：海上风电、海洋工程、固定式、浮式 Offshore Technology Driving Development of Offshore Wind Turbines Huang Shiyuan Zhou Xing Sun Zhengce China Classification Society Beijing city 100007 Abstract: The offshore wind turbine, as a novel offshore structure, may employ fully experiences and technologies of offshore engineering in design, construction, installation and maintenance. It has properties of load and structure of itself at the same time. The foundation structures of offshore wind turbine from coastal beach to deep sea are commonly divided into the fixed type and the floating type. The fixed type includes the cylinder artificial island foundation, the individual pile foundation, the gravity foundation, the simple jacket the foundation and the regular jacket foundation. The floating type includes the tension leg platform, the semi-submersible platform, the spar platform and the ship platform.
