PAGE PAGE 18 盐城纺织职业技术学院 2011届毕业设计（论文） 题 目 200台喷气织机厂房设计 专 业 产纺811 学 号姓 名 朱霏 指导老师 赵磊 交稿日期 20 200台喷气织机厂房设计 摘要 摘要 纺织工厂的设计是纺织工业基础建设中的重要组成部分。在科学技术的不断发展的前景下，高新技术日益向纺织工业渗透，使纺织工艺的自动化程度越来越高，纺织技术设备日趋先进。作为纺织设备的载体，纺织品生产、加工和销售的部门，纺织工厂设计的合理性要求越来越高，在设计中必须根据相关政策，精心设计，认真学习和吸取国内外的先进经验。 本设计的内容以纺织工厂的工艺设计为主，包括产品方案设计确定、、工艺流程选择、机器型号及工艺参数确定、机器排列、车间布置与总平面布置等。对工艺参数确定的计算作了详尽的说明。另外对纺织工厂进行了技术经济分析，并扼要地介绍了厂址选择的条件，建筑物、构筑物的排列，以及公用工程的专业设计。同时结合工艺参数利用AutoCAD2004完成工厂总平面图和车间布置图，并附有织布工艺设计及机器配备表一张。 关键词：纺织厂；设计；机器；工艺计算 作者：朱 霏 导师：赵 磊 200 sets of air-jet loom workshop design Abstract Abstract The textile factory textile industry, infrastructure design is an important component.
