超高层建筑机电安装新技术李 本 勇( 中建工业设备安装有限公司 ，江 苏 南 京21004 超高层建筑机电安装新技术 李 本 勇 ( 中建工业设备安装有限公司 ，江 苏 南 京 210046 ) ［摘 要］ 伴随着经济高速发展 ，中国的超高层建筑 越 来 越 多 、越 建 越 高 ，机电安装技术也越来越丰富 。 超 高 层 机 电 安装有其自身特点 : ① 安 装 区 域 很 高 、远 离 地 面 ; ② 施 工 空 间 狭 窄 。 以 2008 年世界最高建筑上海环球金融中心项 目 和 2010 年世界最高塔广州新电视塔项目为 背 景 ，介绍了近年研发应用的高压垂吊式电缆敷设 、预 制 立 管 安 装 、 高耸异形电视塔泛光照明 、主被动阻尼抗振系统安装调试 、超高速电梯安装调试技术 。 ［关 键 词］ 高 层 建 筑 ; 机 电 安 装 ; 高压垂吊式电缆 ; 阻 尼 ; 抗 振 系 统 ; 安 装 ［中 图 分 类 号］ TU974 ［文 献 标 识 码］ A ［文 章 编 号］ 1002 -8498 ( 2012 ) 20 -0031 -06 New Technology of the Electromechanical Installation of the Super High-rise Buildings Li Benyong ( China Construction Industrial Equipment Installation Co． ，Ltd． ，Nanjing，Jiangsu 210046 ，China) Abstract: Accompany with the construction of more and higher super high-rise buildings on the condition of high-speed economic development in China，the electromechanical installation technology is growing more and more rich． The electromechanical installation is characterized by several conditions: ① working on a great height from the ground; ② working in a limited space． This paper takes the Shanghai World Financial Center ( SWFC ) which was built as the highest one around the world in 2008 and the Guangzhou New TV Tower which was built as the highest tower on a global scale in 2010 as examples， the series of new technologies adventured recently on installation fields on a reference purpose are introduced，such as a laying construction of hanging high-voltage cables，an installation of prefabricated standpipes，a floodlighting of the high special-shaped TV tower，a trial and test of active and passive damping vibration system and the installation and trial running of the high-speed elevator． Key words: tall buildings; electromechanical installation; hanging high-voltage cables; damping; vibration system; installation 伴 随 着 经 济 高 速 发 展 ，中国已成为世界上建筑 业 最 繁 荣 地 区 ，超 高 层建筑不断出现 ，有 力 地 推 动 了 超 高 层 建 筑 建 造 水 平 提 高 。 超高层建筑机电安 装 的 特 点 ，主 要 包 括 以 下 6 方 面
