基于ArcGIS 的巴渝古镇建筑保护价值评估研究 ──以重庆市巴南区丰盛古镇为例 陈易林，唐小勇 摘要：在当下城乡规划改革思潮中，城市建设逐步由增量规划转变成存量规划，这使得旧城改造和历史文 化遗产保护显得尤为重要。而规划范围内的建筑保护是其中关键，其在很大程度上决定了保护范围的划定、 建筑分类保护与整治以及后期规划方案的制订与实施。所以，搭建合理的建筑保护价值评估至关重要。文 章基于巴渝地区特殊的山地环境，以重庆市巴南区丰盛巴渝古镇为例，结合GIS 地理信息技术建立古镇现 状详细数据库，并从古镇所处的地形环境、街巷空间、单体建筑属性等三个方面构建层级化评价指标体系， 对古镇建筑保护更新模式进行全面评价。在此基础上，对建筑保护综合叠加进行修正得到最终的评估结果， 为历史文化遗产保护规划的编制与管理提供更为科学实用的指导建议。 关键词：ArcGlS，巴渝古镇，保护价值，评估 Abstract ：In the present reform trend of urban and rural planning,city construction by incremental plan into stock plan step by step,which makes the old city transformation and the historical and cultural heritage protection is particularly important.The planning updated construction within the scope of protection is one of the key,to a large extent determines the protection scope of designated late,building classification protection and renovation and planning formulation and implementation of the business.So.Build a scientific and reasonable construction protection updating model is crucial.Based on ba-yu region special mountain environment.To chongqing banan big rivers,the ancient town as an example,combined with GIS geographical information technology set up town database in detail,and from the ancient terrain environment,street space,the three aspects such as the monomer building property to build hierarchical evaluation index system,updating the ancient architecture protection model for comprehensive evaluation.
